Terms of Use

Effective: September 4, 2026

Agreement

By using the AgentOS Budget Studio private beta, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Private-beta service

AgentOS provides tools to diagram AI workflows and estimate potential monthly costs. Features, limits, catalogs, and availability may change during beta. The service does not execute model requests or provide model-provider access.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide an email address you are authorized to use and keep magic links and sessions secure. You may not probe other users' data, bypass plan or beta-access controls, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully. Accounts are single-user in this release.

3. Forecast disclaimer

All forecasts are informational estimates, not quotes, guarantees, financial advice, or provider invoices. Actual cost can differ because of tokenization, reasoning tokens, cache writes and storage, tools, media, regions, rate tiers, taxes, discounts, provider changes, retries, and implementation behavior. Verify provider terms and prices before committing spend.

4. Saved estimates and shares

You retain responsibility for scenario content you submit. You grant AgentOS the limited rights needed to host, validate, calculate, back up, and display that content to you. Share links are read-only but accessible to anyone who receives the link until revoked. Do not include secrets or regulated data in scenario names or fields.

5. Plans and test-mode billing

Budget Studio is provided free of charge and has no paid tier. Account limits are beta configurations and may change. Dodo Payments remains in test mode and checkout is closed; any test transaction creates no charge and no right to service. Charging for the tool would require a separate launch and updated commercial terms.

6. Third-party services

The service relies on providers including Vercel, Neon, Resend, Dodo Payments, and model vendors whose catalog prices are referenced. Your use of third-party services is also subject to their terms. AgentOS is not responsible for a provider changing a model, price, availability, or policy.

7. Intellectual property

AgentOS software, branding, orbit-node mark, interface, and original content remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Portfolio case studies and third-party names remain subject to their respective rights. These terms do not grant a license to the AgentOS repository or source code.

8. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using the service or request deletion. We may suspend access to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or discontinue the beta. On termination, access to saved scenarios may end; limited records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Warranty and liability

The beta is provided as available and without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. AgentOS is not liable for decisions made from estimates or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms as the product develops. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Questions may be sent to erickdev.ai@gmail.com.
