Overview
This notice explains how AgentOS handles information in the Budget Studio private beta. It applies to the website, account features, saved estimates, and test-mode billing flows.
1. Information we collect
When you create an account, we process your email address, account identifiers, sign-in sessions, private-beta status, and billing entitlement state. If you save work, we store scenario names, graph structure, budgeting requirements, estimate snapshots, catalog versions, input hashes, and share-link state. Standard hosting logs may include IP address, browser, device, and request metadata.
2. What we do not collect
The current product is estimate-only. AgentOS does not request or store model-provider API keys, prompts for execution, model responses, or metered inference usage.
3. How we use information
We use data to authenticate accounts, deliver magic links, save and reopen scenarios, enforce plan limits, create sanitized read-only shares, maintain estimate history, prevent abuse, support the service, and reconcile private-beta billing state.
4. Service providers
Neon hosts application data, Resend delivers passwordless sign-in email, Vercel hosts the application, and Dodo Payments processes test-mode checkout, customer, subscription, and portal data for approved beta users. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy notices. AgentOS does not sell personal information.
5. Sharing and visibility
Saved scenarios are private by default. A share link exposes only a read-only estimate snapshot and operating envelope, without account identifiers. You can revoke a share link; anyone who already copied or captured its contents may retain that copy.
6. Retention and deletion
Account and scenario data is retained while your account is active and as needed for security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. A scheduled job deletes estimate snapshots older than your plan's history window, after a short grace period; the most recent snapshot of each saved scenario is kept for as long as the scenario exists, though it is only readable inside your window. Deleting a scenario deletes its snapshots and any share links pointing at them. Expired sessions and sign-in tokens are cleared on the same schedule, and the raw payloads of payment webhooks are redacted after 90 days. The beta has no self-service account deletion: request account and personal-data deletion at the address below, and some billing or security records may be retained when legally required.
7. Security and international processing
We use access controls, ownership checks, signed webhook verification, single-use magic links, and database-backed throttling. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Providers may process data in countries other than your own, subject to their transfer mechanisms.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal data. We may verify your identity before fulfilling a request. You may also stop using shared links and request account closure at any time.
